Sultan Muhammad V begins reign as 15th Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
| 9:54 AM | 0 Talking ♥
After
37 years of waiting, the people of Kelantan finally see a monarch from their
state, Sultan Muhammad V, reign as the 15th Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
The
last monarch from Kelantan to be given the honour was Sultan Muhammad V’s
grandfather, the late Sultan Yahya Petra ibni Sultan Ibrahim who served as the
6th Yang di-Pertuan Agong from 1975 to 1979.
Effective
today Sultan Muhammad V succeeds Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah of Kedah for
a five-year term.
Sultan
Muhammad V is the appellation for Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra who ascended the
throne as the 29th Sultan of Kelantan on 13 Sept, 2010. He was first installed
as the Tengku Mahkota Kelantan on 6 Oct, 1985.
The
eldest of four
Sultan
Muhammad V, 47, is the eldest of the four siblings of Sultan Ismail Petra and
Tengku Anis Tengku Abdul Hamid.
His
three younger siblings are Tengku Mahkota Kelantan Tengku Dr Muhammad Faiz
Petra, 42, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra, 38, and Tengku Amalin A’ishah Putri,
32.
His
majesty is a ruler with a big heart and addresses himself with humility as
‘ambo’ when he greets the people. He is a ruler who is truly concerned with the
welfare of his people.
Hence,
it’s not surprising to see his majesty going to the ground to meet the people
right up to the interiors including the Orang Asli in the remote parts of Gua
Musang and Jeli.
He
loves to don the ‘jubah’ (a long gown) or the ‘Baju Melayu’ that is also known
as ‘baju gumbang’ in the state along with the skullcap and sarong when he meets
his subject.
Sultan
Muhammad V had served as the Deputy Yang di-Pertuan Agong since 12 Dec 2011.
Being a people centric monarch, the sultan has his hands full with social work.
As
the patron of the Yayasan Sultan Kelantan, he helps the unfortunate segment of
the society like the orphans, poor and destitute and the disabled.
The
foundation also provides education assistance for his subjects.
His
majesty is the one who envisioned the long distance walk Program Walkathon
D’Raja Kelantan to bring the society closer to the royal institution.
Through
walkathon, thousands of people from all age groups and background have the
opportunity to walk with Sultan Muhammad V and other members of the royal
household.
In
2011, with 21,111 participants, the 10 km walk around Kota Bharu made its way
into the Malaysia Book Of Records as the walkathon with the highest number of
participants.
The
latest walkathon on 28 Oct, held at night for the first time, also witnessed
around 21,000 participants.
Organised
by the Pertubuhan Kerabat D’Raja Kelantan Al-Muhammadi, the walkathon also aims
to encourage a healthy lifestyle apart from attracting visitors to Kelantan.
The
monarch’s role in spirituality
Sultan
Muhammad V is seen by the people as a devout Muslim and a man who has undergone
rigorous religious education.
The
monarch himself works hard to inculcate spiritual values in the society through
a number of progammes including the ‘Qiam With Me’ sessions held during each
Ramadan since 2011.
The
“Qiam With Me” programme is held at 10 pm after the Isyak and Tarawih, followed
by religious talk, Qiamullail and the sahur (meal before fast begins) and the
Subuh (dawn) congregation prayer with the sultan.
According
to Kelantan’s Grand Imam of the Council of the Religion of Islam and Malay
Custom (Maik), Muhammad Hana Pizi Abdullah, Sultan Muhammad V takes seriously
the affairs of mosques and Islam.
“We,
the mosque goers are close to his majesty whose heart is with the mosque and
Islam. It is a well known fact that the sultan spends considerable time in the
mosques and religious functions hence it’s easy for the people to get close to
his majesty,” he said.
“The
Tuanku had headed the ‘solat hajat’ (prayers invoking god’s help or guidance)
at Stadium Sultan Muhammad Ke-IV here along with thousands of ummah some years
back,” he said. — Bernama

Hai and Assalammualaikum! How your day? I wanna share some tips on how i do it everyday before getting out of my sweety and comfort bed. Hehehe. So, today I wanna share some tips on how it works to me and it can work to you if you do it daily. Dont skip okay ladies!
Much Love,
Release out the Stress.
| 8:56 AM | 0 Talking ♥
Hai and Assalammualaikum!
Relax. You deserve
it, it's good for you, and it takes less time than you think.
You
don't need a spa weekend or a retreat. Each of these stress-relieving tips can
get you from OMG to om in less than 15 minutes.
1. Meditate
A few minutes of practice per day can help ease anxiety.
“Research suggests that daily meditation may alter the brain’s
neural pathways, making you more resilient to stress,” says psychologist Robbie Maller Hartman, PhD, a Chicago
health and wellness coach.
It's simple. Sit up straight with both feet on the floor. Close your eyes. Focus your attention on reciting --
out loud or silently -- a positive mantra such as “I feel at peace” or “I love
myself.” Place one hand on your belly to sync the mantra with your breaths. Let
any distracting thoughts float by like clouds.
2. Breathe Deeply
Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed,
with a hand on your belly. Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling the breath
start in your abdomen and
work its way to the top of your head. Reverse the process as you exhale through
your mouth.
“Deep breathing counters the effects of stress by slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure,” psychologist Judith Tutin,
PhD, says. She's a certified life coach in Rome, GA.
3. Be Present
Slow down.
“Take 5 minutes and focus on only one behavior with awareness,” Tutin
says. Notice how the air feels on your face when you’re walking and how your
feet feel hitting the ground. Enjoy the texture and taste of each bite of food.
When you spend time in the moment and focus on your senses, you should
feel less tense.
4. Reach Out
Your social network is one of your best tools for handling stress. Talk
to others -- preferably face to face, or at least on the phone. Share what's
going on. You can get a fresh perspective while keeping your connection strong.
5. Tune In to Your Body
Mentally scan your body to get a sense of how stress affects it each
day. Lie on your back, or sit with your feet on the floor. Start at your toes
and work your way up to your scalp, noticing how your body feels.

Safety Tips.
| 8:16 AM | 0 Talking ♥
Hai and Assalammualikum!
Safety is the state of
being "safe" (from French sauf),
the condition of being protected from harm or other non-desirable
outcomes. Safety tips
is the tips on how you can apply on your daily doing to avoid from being victim
of cybercrime. Here’s a few thing on how and when you can do it when you are on
the situation.
There’s have a lot of safety tips
that we had found from our research. From itnewsafrica
website, there have a few tips to prevent cybercrime. First, a secure
computer will deter cybercriminals. That’s mean you need to activate your
firewall or antivirus to protect your computer from various virus like Trojan,
malware and any else. Other than that you may regularly updating computer.
While keep the computer up-to-date it doesn’t mean that will protect you from
all attacks but at least it can be more difficult for the hackers to hack your
computer. For example, for iPhone user there will notify you when there’s have
a new iOS update available to your phone so than that the advantage to update
your software to keep you to keep safe online.
Next, you need to be social media
savvy. Social media savvy is you need to follow what trending now or you need
be up-to-date person. But, all your private information, contact number or else
be on private mode. It’s just to make sure all your private data safe and
there’s no misuse from the irresponsible person. You better watch out what you
want and will post. Once it is on the internet, it’s hard to remove it. Be
careful guys! Secure your mobile devices. Use password or download a GPS
application on it. For the iPhone users, you need to connect your Apple ID with
your iTunes, if your phone is on lost mode then you can find it later. Please
don’t put your pin number, passwords or your own private information on your
mobile devices it might be dangerous if your phone are on the stranger’s hand.
Furthermore, protect your own data.
Use encryption for your most sensitive files and always make a back-up for all
your important data and stored it in different storage or location. While using
the public Wi-Fi hotspots please be aware of what will you do while using this
hotspot and avoid from access your personal data or corporate public transaction
on the network. It’s just to make sure there’s no misuse of your own data. We
doesn’t know whether the public Wi-Fi is safe or not. Since the high cost of
living so they will do anything just to make sure that they have some money to
survive. For example, when you are using the McDonald free Wi-Fi there’s have a
login ID to log in the Wi-Fi.
PayPal and websites like it act as
intermediate to online vendors. Anyone who has ever forgotten their PayPal
password knows how many security hurdles you have to jump through and it’s
serious about the security. If you don’t want to use PayPal or are buying from
a vendor that doesn’t accept it stick to using a single credit card. This
isolates your risk to one account and if you pick one with the good security features
you’ll be alerted as soon as something bad happens. For example, every
transaction that you used need a transaction numbers that send towards your
phone number that have been registered under the card name.
Nowadays, we are exposed with online
shopping like LAZADA, Fashion Valet, and others more. Make sure the websites
are secured while using or you’ve enables privacy settings. Please be cautions
while giving out your personal information to others. Always think or just
ignore before click the pop-up link or file of unknown origin. You didn’t know
where the sources from and maybe it can be scammer. Never reply the emails that
ask you verify your personal data especially the bank card numbers. When in
doubt, verify the sources or call the right person to help. Report to the local
police if you encounter illegal Internet content or if you suspect such as
computer crime. If you need help with maintenance or software update on your
computer consult with a professional and certified technicians.
Otherwise, the identity of online
crimes can be revealed if you can trace once after your data is stolen or when
the first use of information attempted. So, the tips that you can do is you may
review your online banking history or credit card statements regularly provided
the bank. Other than that, there’s bank that will call you once you use the
bank card. They will make a check with you whether you had spent some money
using the bank card and they will give you a details to make a confirmation.
Please don’t take this call lightly since they are the one who protecting your
bank card from fraud or misuse. For example, when you are busy while shopping
than you didn’t notice that your bank card dropped out somewhere and someone
are using your card but then the officer of the bank call you to make a
confirmation so you know that there’s someone are using your card than you may
trace who are using the card. So, the user may be arrest as soon as you make a
confirmation.
Furthermore, report any suspicious
activity. Prompt and detailed reporting of suspicious activities can help
prevent violent crimes or terrorist attacks. If you see suspicious activity,
please report it to your local police department. Local law enforcement
officers can respond quickly. Asked for the security procedures and asking
question about sensitive information such as building blueprints or security
plans. For example, if you going out alone and was followed by others, please
make a report for your protection since they can robbed you to get your
personal data like credit card to generate cash.
Prevention is always better than
cure. It is always better to take precaution while operating the net. Capacity
of human mind is profound. It is not possible to eliminate cybercrime from the
cyberspace. It is quite possible to check them. History is the witness that no
legislation has succeeded in totally eliminating crime from the globe. The only
possible step is to make people aware of their rights and duties and to guard
ourselves so that crime has no effect on us. Last but not least, don’t let
yourself be targeted by criminal. Take care yourself in whatever you do and
whenever you are!
